I Did It!
After years and years of wanting to learn to scuba dive I finally got in the water and got my certification. For as long as I can remember I’ve been wanting to do this but there was always something that seemed to get in the way. Who knew that I would end up dating (and Continue reading
Maureen’s Open Water Diver Course
After years of hoping for the opportunity, Maureen is finally taking her PADI Open Water Diver course (with Eco Dive Center). When we first started dating about a year ago, I told her that I would make sure she was certified by the end of the year. Well…that didn’t happen, but she is doing it Continue reading
More Wedding Planning
Sarah, Paula and I pose for a picture for Brian in front of what was one of our early beach scouting locations in Santa Barbara. We spent the day (with Brian) trying lots of cake and food, looking at hotels, looking for dresses and tuxes, and scouting locations for the rehearsal dinner. It was a Continue reading
The Dogs
So, I bought myself a brand new Canon 40D SLR camera and what’s the first thing I did? I took pictures of my babies of course! Who could resist these faces? I mean, come on, they are adorable!

On May 14, 2004, ironically, my birthday landed on Mother’s Day. That year I vowed never to celebrate my birthday again. It’s funny Continue reading
Miss Saigon
Now through May 18th at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center. I highly recommend this show to everyone. I saw it tonight and loved it! This show took me back in time to when my parents first met, through the turmoil of when my whole family escaped Vietnam in 1975, and to my reality – Continue reading
Dodgers vs. Rockies
The Los Angeles Dodgers vs the Colorado Rockies at Dodger Stadium Friday, April 25, 2008. The Dodgers defeated the Rockies 8 to 7 in 13 innings. Check out more photos from the Daily News. I was there for all 13 innings and it was awesome!!!
Back to School @ULV
Well, my life is finally back on track. I finally went back to school to continue working toward my Bachelor’s degree at the University of La Verne this Spring (following the fiasco that was my life last summer). So far I’m doing well and getting A’s again just like the good ol’ days. It just Continue reading
