After a one day delay, Emily finally got graduated from high school. She graduated with honors and was third in her class of nearly 400 students. Way to go, Emily! Emily will be continuing her education in fall at the same school that Brian attended – WPI. Best wish for a happy and successful future!
I finally made it to Fenway Park and got to experience the history. Thanks, B, for making this such a spectacular trip! Oh yeah, and of course the Red Sox beat the Tampa Bay Rays 7 – 4.
Brian’s parents, Jimmy and Paula, were nice enough to host an engagement party while we were in town for all of our friends and family. Brian and I have reserved the Cabrillo Pavilion Arts Center and officially have the date now – Saturday, April 11, 2009. Now we’ve got less then a year to plan it!
Brian called and put a hold on the Cabrillo Pavilion Arts Center this morning! As soon as we work out the details with Irene, our wedding coordinator, we’ll fill out the forms, put down the deposit and give you all the official date! I’ll give you a hint…it’s in 2009. 🙂
